Bookings
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for all bookings. An in-person inspection of the property is required before we can provide a quote. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment
Full payment is required in advance of the cleaning service being carried out. We accept credit card payments.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is structured in three tiers based on the notice period provided:
More than 72 hours notice
Full refund will be provided.
Between 24 and 72 hours notice
A cancellation fee of 10% of the total quoted price (minimum $100) will apply. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Less than 24 hours notice
50% of the total quoted price will be forfeited. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Public Holidays
Cleaning Castlemaine is closed on the following public holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Australia Day
- Good Friday
- Saturday before Easter Sunday
- Easter Monday
- Anzac Day
- Christmas Day
- Boxing Day
A 100% surcharge applies for cleaning services carried out on the following days:
- Labour Day
- Queen's Birthday
- AFL Grand Final Friday
- Melbourne Cup Day
Excessive Heat Policy
In the event of excessive heat (38 degrees Celsius or above), Cleaning Castlemaine reserves the right to reschedule the cleaning service to a more suitable day. The safety and wellbeing of our team is our priority.
Non-Access
If our team arrives at the property at the scheduled time and is unable to gain access, the full amount quoted will be charged. It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the property is available at the agreed time.
